GUS MICHAEL FARINELLA

Mr. Farinella is the founder & senior associate of the firm. He graduated from St. John's University School of Law in the spring of 1994. He successfully passed the New York State Bar Exam at the first sitting, he was sworn in to the New York Bar on January 18, 1995. The Law Offices of Gus Michael Farinella was founded on February 1, 1995. Mr. Farinella is active in all aspects of the law; in fact, he often appears as a speaker on various legal topics. He currently serves on the Bankruptcy Committee in the Nassau and Queens Bar Association. He serves on various charitable committees including St. Jude's Children's Hospital, The Joseph Farinella Foundation, and more recently is a sponsor of NYC & Company, New York City's Official Travel Bureau. In his nearly ten years practicing, Mr. Farinella has represented over 5000 New York Consumers & Businesses. In his spare time he enjoys producing & hosting "Your Legal Rights", which can be heard at various times on the A.M. Radio Dial, check with our staff for air times, and spending time at the New York Friar's Club, where he is a Member. As the fourth son of six, Mr. Farinella is very understanding of the family unit and enjoys advising his clients and their families on a wide range of legal topics.
